Cheesy Taco Pasta is the ultimate comfort food that is easy to make, ready in 20 minutes, and done in one pot! Similar to Hamburger Helper but so much more tasty and healthy with ground turkey. Don’t miss this incredibly simple and delicious recipe!

Also referred to as Homemade Hamburger Helper, this Cheesy Taco Pasta has all the same flavors but is so much better! The preparation couldn’t be easier and clean up is a breeze since it’s all done in one pot.

But don’t think this is a kids meal either. I have made version of this dish for many parties and gatherings and the adults love it just as much as the kids do.

One Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Using a large skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat, brown the ground turkey, onions, and garlic. Add in the seasonings and tomatoes and cook for another minute.

Pour in the water and milk and bring the mixture to a low boil. Add in the macaroni and cook until al dente. Turn off the heat, fold in the cheeses, and you’re done! Let the Cheesy Taco Pasta sit for a couple of minutes to thicken and your main course is served.
