Tropical White Wine Spritzer is an easy cocktail recipe that’s great for holidays, brunches, or fun get togethers. Made with pineapple, grapes, and Malibu Rum, this spritzer mimics a white sangria.

Tropical White Wine Spritzer is a fun and easy to make cocktail that would be perfect on a hot day or served at a baby shower or bridal shower.

Firstly, just fill a large carafe (like this one on Amazon) with wine, pineapple chunks, grape halves, and coconut rum. Stir and refrigerate for at least an hour. Pour into wine glasses about three quarters of the way up. Top with whatever seltzer you like, Perrier or la Croix are my favorites!

You can make this simple cocktail up to a day in advance. However, don’t add the seltzer until right before serving. You want those effervescent bubbles to stay fresh on top of the drink.

Also, be sure to get coconut rum for this cocktail. There is something about the flavor of Malibu, that just can’t be beat! It’s the perfect balance of sweetness and alcohol and really gives this drink its tropical vibes.

If you are serving this recipe on a hot day, you could even freeze half of your grapes and pineapple. Moreover, by adding half of the frozen fruit, you will keep the drink nice and cold without watering it down with ice. Guests will love the refreshing bit of a frozen grape and pineapple too, yum!

Tropical White Wine Spritzer is a great cocktail recipe to enjoy poolside or just when you want to get whisked away somewhere tropical! Perfect anytime, enjoy this light and refreshing recipe.
