Made these today with mini chocolate chips on half and Blueberries on half. Turned out perfectly! How I wish I would have known this technique when our kids were young and gobbling them up faster than I could cook them! Now I’ll make them when all the grandkids are here! 😁

    1. THIS!!! Saved a 5lb brand new box of Aunt Jemima Complete pancake mix from hitting the trash!!! Just adding water to pancake mix doesn’t do it for me and this recipe worked way better than expected. I did 1/3 blueberry, 1/3 strawberry and blues, and 1/3 banana and milk chocolate chips. I sprinkled raw sugar over the top prior to oven, and voila’…no syrup needed! Eat on the go pro here and I think the sugar compliments better. Way to go girl!!! It’s a keeper and thank you.

      1. Love this so much!! Thanks for the great comment, Dorothy. And great idea to sprinkle with raw sugar 🙂

      1. Hi, do you use the complete pancake mix and just add the milk and eggs or do I need to get the non complete? Thank you!

      2. I’m not sure what you mean by non complete, but I just use standard pancake mix like Bisquick or Krusteaz, and mix in the ingredients noted on the recipe card.
