  • 2 cups pancake mix (any brand works)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1 ½ cups milk (any milk works)
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix and pumpkin spice; set aside.
