Bake the meat until desired doneness is reached. Know that the burgers will go back in the oven when assembled to cook longer. Once the meat is cooked, drain the excess oil and set aside while you assemble the sliders.

You can customize the sliders how you like. For this recipe, I used sliced cheddar cheese, yellow mustard, and spicy pickles.

Huge hit with my family tonight! I opted for no pickles, and added some diced onion to the top of my beef. It was delicious!

Ok these are delicious and super easy! Any tips on preventing the bottom buns getting soggy? I drained as much juice as I could before transferring the meat over, but it seemed to have a good amount more after being cooked more! Still so good, just a little messy but would def make again!

    1. So happy you enjoyed them. The only think I would recommend is to drain the meat and eat them fast! You could try blotting the meat on a paper towel before adding them on top of the buns. Or even add a layer of cheese on the bottom to protect the buns. Hope this helps!

Huge hit. I cut to the chase in seasoning and used a generous shake of Montreal Steak seasoning. My burger mix was a package of 85/15 and 80/20 which meant good flavor and a lot of grease. I used Dijon mustard and added special sauce (Hidden Valley) to my toppings. They were gone in 5 minutes.

Thank you so much for posting this fabulous recipe with clear and concise instructions. I made these for a bunco group and they were loved by all! The only thing I did differently is that I put the cheese on the bottom when I assembled them. That way, the tops could be lifted and picky eaters could choose what condiments they wanted on their burgers.

  6. This recipe is easy and delicious. I have made it over 10 times. Thanks thisdelicoushouse for an easy way to get dinner on the table!

These made me famous at our baseball tournament this weekend! I cooked the meat the night before and warmed the meat in the morning and then finished the process with the buns etc. I cooked meat initially for 15min and in the morning with the cheese and buns an additional 10-15 minutes. Fabulous! Will definitely make these again!

      1. If you’re looking to make them ahead, they are really best fresh. However, I have reheated them the next day and they are still delicious!
