- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds

- ⅓ cup greek yogurt (non-fat works here)
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cranberries, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
