Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese is a delicious and easy recipe for making the most amazing bagel spread. If you love the classic flavors of bagels and lox, then you need to give this recipe a try!
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Use an electric mixer or spoon to mix the ingredients together until mixture is smooth and well combined.
To the bowl, add in the chopped salmon, green onion, and dill. Use a spoon to mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Make sure you are using room temperature cream cheese so that it blends well with all of the other ingredients.
Dice the salmon in whatever sized pieces you like. I prefer larger pieces, but you can cut them into small pieces if you'd like.
This is great served as a topping on a toasted bagel or would make a delicious appetizer served with bagel chips and crackers.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Make ahead: you can make this up to two days in advance. Let sit a room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
