red onions, thinly sliced

Salad Dressing Ingredients

olive oil

red wine vinegar

garlic, minced

dried oregano

kosher salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions, and parsley; set aside.
Make the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, and salt.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Toss before serving.
