Easy Ice Cream Cake

Just 5 Ingredients!

Made with ice cream, fudge, Oreos, whipped cream, and sugar, don’t miss this easy ice cream cake recipe that guests will love!

To make the cake high, line the inside of a springform pan with parchment paper set 2 inches above the rim of the pan.

Pour softened chocolate ice cream on the bottom half of the pan. Place foil on the outside of the pan to catch any leaks. Freeze then pour on the fudge.

Add crushed Oreos on top of the fudge layer. You can use whatever flavor Oreos you like!

Next, spread on the softened vanilla ice cream. Freeze for a couple of hours.

Make a simple whipped cream frosting and spread on the outside of the cake. Top with sprinkles.
