6piecesromaine lettuce, washed and throughly dried
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine making sure all of the curry powder is incorporated.
To make the wraps, layout a tortilla and place one lettuce leaf and curried chicken salad on top. Fold in sides, then roll into a burrito.
Make ahead! The curried chicken salad seems to get better as it sits in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container for up to five days and fill and roll the wraps as you're ready to eat. Wraps can also be made ahead and refrigerated for up to two days.
