Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
1/2cupflaxseed
3/4 cupsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup peanut buttercan substitute other nut butters
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
1/2cuphoney
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well using a spatula. Roll into 18 balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter) and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Store for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
