All of the cinnamon roll flavors you love in a delicious and easy-to-make blondie! This cinnamon sugar blondie is next level tasty with the simple cinnamon glaze.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line with parchement a 9 x 13 inch baking pan; set aside.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, beat together brown sugar and butter using an electric mixer until creamy, about a minute. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and blend until well combined. Spread batter into prepared baking pan.
Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnmon. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until blondies are beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let blondies cool on a wire rack in pan at least 30 minutes before glazing and cutting.
Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over blondies and cut into squares.

You can make these ahead and refrigerate for up to a week. Or, place in an airtight container and freeze for up to two months. Be sure to line the baking pan with parchment so you can easily lift out and cut the bars into squares.
