Easy, no bake, energy bites are great to have on hand for an afternoon snack or midday pick-me-up! Simple to make and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter can substitute other nut butters
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well using a spatula. Roll into 18 balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter) and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Store for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
