Apple Cider Moscow Mule is a delicious and easy spin on traditional Moscow Mules using raw apple cider. You can find apple cider during the fall and winter months in most grocery stores.
In a copper Moscow Mule mug, combine the apple cider, vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice. Add in enough ice to fill the mug. Stir drink and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
Notes
Be sure you are using apple cider and not apple juice or apple cider vinegar here!
Use a good quality vodka.
Ginger beer is a nonalcoholic drink that can be found in most grocery stores. It adds both fizz and a hint of spice to the drink.
I like to add my ice cubes in afterwards so they don't freeze together when making the drink.
You can easily double or triple the recipe and make a batch of these ahead of time. When ready to serve, just pour into a cooper mug and add ice.
