This treat is more s'mores than fudge and is a great way to get that chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker fix! Easy to make and no campfire required!
Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper leaving a bit of an overhang; set aside.
Place the graham crackers in a large zip top bag. Seal the bag and hit the graham crackers with a pan or rolling pin to crush them into desired consistency, leaving some larger chunks. Pour half of the crumbs in the bottom of the baking pan.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla. Microwave at 50% power, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Scoop half of the fudge mixture on top of the graham crackers and spread over the crumbs. (Don't worry if the fudge layer doesn't completely cover the bottom. Sprinkle on the marshmallows and then spread on the remaining fudge. Top with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and press gently using a rubber spatula so they stick.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or completely firm. Remove from pan and cut into to squares.

Notes
Don't over crush the graham crackers. You want some larger pieces in there.
Microwave the fudge at 50% and stir every 30 seconds until just melted. Be careful not to over cook the fudge or you could risk ruining it.
Don't panic if it seems you don't have enough fudge for the bottom layer! It doesn't have to cover the graham crackers perfectly.
Dollop on the fudge and spread using a rubber spatula. Use half the fudge for the bottom layer and half for the top.
Chill the S'mores Fudge for at least 2 hours before cutting. If you can chill for 4 hours or overnight, even better.
