Creamy Tzatziki Sauce with Sour Cream, Greek Yogurt and Cucumber!

Tzatziki Sauce with sour cream and Greek yogurt is a creamy and delicious dip made with simple ingredients. Perfect for dipping pita chips or fresh veggies.

You'll need sour cream, Greek yogurt, lemon, garlic, cucumber, kosher salt, and fresh dill.

Peel the English cucumber, cut in half, and scrape the seeds out of the insides.

Grate the cucumber and place in a fine mesh sieve. Sprinkle on salt and let drain. Squeeze out extra moisture.

In a bowl combine the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and cucumber.

Stir all of the tzatziki ingredients together being sure everything is well combined.

Tzatziki sauce with sour cream can be made ahead or served immediately with pita bread.
