Turkey Ricotta Meatballs

Moist and flavorful meatballs made with ricotta & ground turkey!

Turkey Ricotta Meatballs are a super moist and delicious way to make baked meatballs! This lightened-up recipe has the most amazing flavor and texture.

You'll need ground turkey, part-skim ricotta, garlic, egg, parsley, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper and marinara.

Combine all of the meatballs ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Drain the ricotta ahead of time if needed.

Use a large spoon to stir all of the meatballs ingredients together until well combined.

Roll the ricotta meat mixture into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 min.

While the meatballs cook, simmer the marinara sauce in a large pot. Place in the cooked meatballs.

You can serve the Turkey Ricotta Meatballs as is or over a plate of hot pasta.
