Strawberry Rhubarb Bread

Next, whisk together the sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, and milk. Then stir in the dry ingredients.

Toss the strawberries and rhubarb with flour. Then, fold them into the batter with a rubber spatula.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Let the loaf cool completely. Then make a simple glaze from powdered sugar & milk.
