Sour Cream Brownies

Easy Chocolate Frosting!

Sour Cream Brownies are the best way to get super rich and moist brownies without lot of work!

Just a few ingredients needed: flour, vanilla, eggs, butter, sugar, chocolate chips, and sour cream!

Start by melting together the chocolate and butter in the microwave; set aside.

Use a handmixer to beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Then, mix in the vanilla, sour cream, flour, and melted chocolate.

Stir in the remaining chocolate chips. Use a rubber spatula to get all of the ingredients well incorporated.

Spread into 9 x 9 inch lined baking pan. Bake at 350  for about 30 minutes. Let cool before frosting.

Make a simple brownie frosting out of butter, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar.

Spread over the cooled brownies. Let the brownies sit for about 5 minutes so the frosting can set.
