S'mores Fudge

Chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker all make the perfect combination for this deliciously chewy and easy fudge recipe.

Just 6 ingredients:  - chocolate chips  - graham crackers - mini marshmallows - butter - vanilla -sweetened condensed milk

Start by crushing the graham crackers into large pieces. Pour half of the crumbs into the bottom of a lined baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on 50% power until melted.

Dollop half of the fudge mixture over the graham crackers and spread. It's fine if doesn't completely cover the crackers.

Sprinkle on the mini marshmallows and press in slightly to adhere to the fudge.

Spread on the remaining fudge. It's fine if the marshmallows peek through the fudge.

Sprinkle the remaining graham crackers over the fudge. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.

Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into pieces and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
