Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Easy and delicious recipe that's perfect for Thanksgiving!

Slow cooker turkey breast is the best way to make a delicious and juicy turkey breast that turns out perfect every time!

Start with a boneless turkey breast roast. This is enough to feed about 8 people and only has white meat.

Flavor the turkey with a rub made out of olive oil, garlic, thyme, sage, and kosher salt.

Mix all of the rub ingredients together in a small bowl. Fresh herbs work best here but you can substitute dried if needed.

Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place sliced onion on the bottom.

Add in the turkey breast and rub with the olive oil mixture. Be sure to get under the skin of the turkey.

Cook on low for 3-5 hours or until thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

To brown and crisp the skin, place the cooked turkey breast on baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes.

Let the turkey breast rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into desired sized slices.

Follow my instructions to make a simple gravy using the drippings from the slow cooker. Don't use the gravy package that comes with the turkey.
