Salmon Stuffed Avocados

Healthy and quick recipe made with canned salmon, soy sauce, and avocados.

Salmon Stuffed Avocado is a delicious and easy recipe that comes together in just minutes with no cooking required.

All you need is canned salmon, mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, green onions, and Furikake seasoning (optional)

Start by scooping the canned salmon into a bowl and breaking up with a fork. You can substitute tuna here.

Then, add in the green onions, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.

Mix together and taste for seasonings adding more soy sauce or sriracha if needed.

Scoop the salmon mixture into four avocado halves (two full avocados). You could also fill tomatoes or cucumbers.

Top with more sriracha and a sprinkle of Furikake seasoning. You can omit this or substitute with dried seaweed.
