Pretzel Stuffing

Pretzel stuffing is a delicious and easy to make stuffing recipe. It’s easy to make, has the best texture, and is the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving table.

You'll need pretzel buns, pork sausage, onion, celery, broth, butter, sage, thyme, and kosher salt and pepper.

Dice the pretzel bread into large cubes. Toast in the oven until the pretzel cubes are crispy.

Cook the pork sausage in a skillet until it is cooked through; remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet add the butter, onion, celery, sage, and thyme. Cook until softened.

In a very large bowl, combine the toasted pretzel bread, cooked sausage, and veggies.

Combine the broth with the beaten egg and toss with pretzel stuffing. Pour in a large casserole dish and bake.

Bake for 30 minutes covered then uncover for 10 minutes to allow pretzel stuffing to brown slightly.
