Cranberry Shortbread Bars

Holiday treat made with cranberry sauce and streusel topping!

Cranberry Shortbread Bars are a delicious treat with a shortbread bottom, cranberry sauce middle, and streusel topping! Use canned or leftover cranberry sauce.

All you need is butter, rolled oats, brown sugar, sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and cranberry sauce.

Start by pulsing together flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and  butter in a food processor.

Press the shortbread mixture into the bottom of a lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan.

Spread the cranberry sauce over the shortbread layer. You can use fresh or canned cranberry sauce here.

To make the streusel, just process together the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter.

Sprinkle the streusel on top of the cranberry layer. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes then cool.

Once the bars are cooled, pull out of the pan by the parchment and cut into squares.
