Easy Chicken Fajita Casserole

Use leftover chicken to make cheesy and delicious fajitas!

All you need are bell peppers, red onion, oil, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and cooked chicken.

Start by cooking the sliced bell peppers and onions in oil until they start to soften.
