Caramelized Onion Dip

Caramelized Onion Dip is a simple and delicious make-ahead party dip made with slow cooked caramelized onions, thyme, and a greek yogurt and mayo sauce.

This dip is great served with veggies, potato chips, or crackers. Plus, you can make it up to two days ahead of serving!

To start, combine the sliced onions and thyme with olive oil and salt. Cook until the onions soften.

Ideally, you want the onions to caramelize. This can take about 40 minutes on low heat... it's well worth the wait!

In a bowl, combine the greek yogurt, mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder.

Add in the cooled caramelized onions and stir to combine the mixture to a smooth consistency.

Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least an hour or up to two days. The longer it sits, the more flavor it develops.

This is the perfect dip for your summer get togethers. Be sure to get the recipe below and make Caramelized Onion Dip!
