Cappuccino Muffins

Coffee muffins with mini chocolate chips and espresso glaze!

All you need is flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, vanilla, butter, egg, milk, powdered sugar, and mini chocolate chips.

Start by whisking together the all purpose flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, espresso powder, egg, and vanilla. Fold in the dry ingredients and mini chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly into prepared tins. Bake the cappuccino muffins for about 20 minutes.

Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack. Prepare a simple glaze with powdered sugar, espresso powder, and milk.
