Creamy Boursin Mashed Potatoes

Boursin Mashed Potatoes are the creamiest and most flavorful mashed potato recipe. Made with Boursin cheese, this recipe is so easy to make!

Start by boiling your potatoes in a large pot of water. Boil until they are just fork tender. Drain.

Return the potatoes to the pot or a bowl and mash using either a ricer, hand mixer, or potato masher.

Add in melted butter, warmed half & half, Boursin cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and combined.
