Biscoff Toffee

Easy and delicious toffee bark made with  Lotus Biscoff Cookies!

Biscoff Toffee is a fun take on traditional “Christmas Crack” using delicious Lotus Biscoff Cookies.

All you need is butter, brown sugar, chocolate chips, Biscoff cookies, and sea salt for topping.

Start by lining a quarter baking sheet with parchment and layout the cookies logo side down.

Cook the butter and brown sugar over medium heat for 4 minutes stirring constantly.

Pour the toffee over the cookies and spread evenly using a rubber spatula. Bake for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm bars and let sit to heat the chocolate chips.

Use a butter knife or offset spatula to spread the chocolate overtop of the cookies.

Sprinkle warm chocolate with a pinch of sea salt and crushed leftover Biscoff cookies.
