  1. 5 stars
I used gluten free mix and I don’t buy milk so I used half water and then half and half. I chopped up a pint of blueberries. This was so easy and I will never go back to flipping them . Easy and fluffy and better than in the stovetop pan

  2. This recipe has become a standard in my house. I love prepping them so my kids can just get their own breakfast. I add 3 to 4 servings of protein powder, a can of pumpkin, some pumpkin spice and some mini chocolate chips. My kids love them and don’t even use syrup.

Once, I thought I had pumpkin, but didn’t and had already started the recipe so I grabbed a couple cans of peaches, drained them, and blended them, and my kids loved them just as much.
